Drop-off and collection in the storage area by confirmed appointment only. Underground parking bays are accessible at any time with your own key or key box code.
Appointments available Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 by arrangement.
Additional fees apply only to agreed on-site appointments for check-in or arrival: Monday to Friday outside 08:00–17:00: €39; weekends and public holidays, €59. By arrangement only.
Please tell us what you would like to store or collect and your preferred appointment date and time. An enquiry is not an appointment confirmation. Please confirm your appointment with us before travelling.
Customers who have already checked in retain the access agreed in their contract, for example by key or key box. This access does not incur a special appointment fee solely because of the time of day. The time at which an online enquiry or booking is submitted does not trigger these fees either.

What is included in the price?
For vehicles, you rent the agreed parking space. For sports equipment, the rate covers the items described on the relevant product page. Power, care and other additional services are agreed separately.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the category, space required and rental period. Additional services are agreed separately.
How does billing work?
Payment method and due date are agreed before the contract is concluded. Rent for the entire booked period is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless a different payment arrangement has been expressly agreed. Storage begins after payment has been received, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The rental period, end date and cancellation terms depend on the agreed contract. Early collection is possible. All booked months are charged in full because we reserve the space for you for the entire booked period. All prices include 19% VAT.
How do I access my equipment?
Vehicle parking spaces: access at any time with your own key or key box code; without your own key, access is by appointment. Bicycles and sports equipment in the storage area: drop-off and collection by appointment in our presence.
Are my items insured?
For warehouse storage, insurance cover up to €5,000 per contract is included in the rent. Higher cover is available on request. This insurance does not cover storage in the underground garage.
What about larger trailers or special requests?
Tell us the item or vehicle, quantity, dimensions and desired rental period. We will check what storage is possible and provide an individual quote if suitable space can be offered.
