You rent a bay in the underground garage, not seasonal storage: with your own key or key box code you can reach your vehicle yourself at any time, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, without an appointment and at no extra charge. The key is issued against a refundable deposit of €100. Without your own key, access is by appointment, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. You decide which permitted vehicle stands on your bay. We rent out the space and do not take your vehicle into safekeeping.
Vehicle care is available only for motorcycles and cars, by individual arrangement and including through our external partners. We agree the scope and price with you in advance. Not included in the parking space rental.

We accept paramotors only when disassembled. The rate covers the disassembled engine without the wing or accessories. The fuel tank must be emptied before storage.

Handover, documentation and agreed services follow your contract. You receive an invoice showing VAT.

Underground parking bays: with your own key or key box code you have access at any time, without an appointment. Without your own key, access is by appointment, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Storage area for bicycles and sports equipment: drop-off and collection by confirmed appointment only and in our presence, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
At the end of the contract and upon return of the key, the key deposit is settled and refunded. Any offset against valid claims is made only where the legal requirements are met and is itemised transparently; any remaining balance is refunded.

Additional fees apply only to agreed on-site appointments for check-in or arrival: Monday to Friday outside 08:00–17:00: €39; weekends and public holidays, €59. By arrangement only.
Customers who have already checked in retain the access agreed in their contract, for example by key or key box. This access does not incur a special appointment fee solely because of the time of day. The time at which an online enquiry or booking is submitted does not trigger these fees either.
We communicate in German or English. International contracts and invoices are issued in English.
